UCCPlus insures the commercial lender's security interest in
Article 8 and Article 9 collateral for validity, enforceability,
attachment, perfection and priority. Policies protect against fraud,
forgery, documentation defects and search office errors and omissions.
Policies include UCC search and filing functions and provide for
defense costs if the insured lender suffers a loss under the insuring
provisions of the policy.
