With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and the title and escrow industry, Jillian is responsible for opening and maintaining large real estate escrow accounts and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. She develops and obtains appropriate escrow documentation to comply with requirements while reviewing, disbursing and managing escrow accounts for all UCCPlus clients. Jillian also manages disbursements and the reconciliation of all escrow accounts, and confirms all funds have been collected, mailed, delivered or wired according to instruction.

Previously, Jillian managed the closings of commercial real estate transactions and all escrow accounts for a law firm. In her position at the firm, she helped clients comply with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title and escrow requirements and more. Jillian also maintained all documents pertaining to national commercial real estate transactions.
